Small and intimate, Brandy Cove is west of Caswell, where the sand changes with the state of the tide and the strength of the offshore currents. A couple of hundred yards off is a reef where at low water; it is possible to stand on submerged rocks surrounded by water twenty feet deep. Brandy Cove is one of the artist's R N Banning's favourite bays on Gower.
