This giclee print sees Arwen Banning’s work going in a new direction. The artist has taken a playful and more stylised approach. Drawing from the her love of the coastline of Wales, she focuses on design rather than naturalism. Arwen has used vibrant colours and distorted shapes to create a vivid and expressive picture; which retains a strong sense of place for anyone who is familiar with Langland Bay, one of Gower’s most popular beaches.
A giclee print is where the artist has overseen the colour matching. The inks & paper used are of an archival quality which means the colours will not fade over time.
The print is supplied unframed, wrapped in white tissue paper and rolled in a tube for online purchases.
A mounted or framed version of this print is available at an extra cost for collection from the Gallery.
