Delivery

We are happy to deliver nationally and internationally

Delivery in the UK costs £5 for a Giclee print, additional prints in the same order are delivered at no extra cost.

Our European delivery rate is £8.05

Our International delivery rate is £18.60

Giclee prints are rolled in protective archival tissue paper and sent in a cardboard postal tube. 

We are happy to roll original artwork where practical, we can send framed pieces through the post but would not be able to include glass. We can use 3mm art quality perspex or alternatively we can send the piece unglazed. Please call us for details 01792 368669 or email info@gowergallery.co.uk

For original artwork which requires special attention such as ceramics we use Mail Boxes Etc. who are a specialist shipping and packing service for fine art www.mbeswansea.co.uk their rates are calculated for each individual piece, please call us for a quote.

Cancellations We are happy to cancel your order and issue a refund up to the point that your item is collected from the gallery by the courier for delivery. Once the item is in the hands of the courier we would have to follow the returns and refund process.

Returns We do hope you are happy with your artwork. Your item is checked and witnessed by staff in Gower Gallery to ensure that it is sent to you in pristine condition. In the event that the packaging is damaged during delivery please let us know immediately on 01792 368669 or info@gowergallery.co.uk. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund up to 21 days after delivery (less any delivery charges). Please return items to us in their original condition. Please include in your parcel either your original dispatch note or else a note with your Order No, Name and Address and telephone number on it. We recommend using Interparcel online for the cheapest return postage. If you are using Royal Mail we strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit. You might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery. We will refund this charge if the goods are faulty or we were at fault within 30 working days.
